COVID-19 AND CHRISTMAS ORDER AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
UPDATE ON COVID-19 AND HOLIDAY TIMING: Manufacturing times are now around 4-7 business days (post design) - that might change from one day to the next and it is an average time so some orders might be few days longer too. Shipping times are delayed due to all the COVID-19 complications and that is something I cannot influence. I recommend upgraded expedited shipping in any case these days. Please note, I cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time due to this as the shipping companies do not either.

Designs and order information
Please note that I design all blankets myself and so time is involved. I love what I do and every order takes time and might be slightly different than shown on main image as each is done from scratch and adjusted according to your order information. EACH BLANKET IS AN UNIQUE ARTWORK DONE JUST FOR YOU whether personalised or not! You are not purchasing just a blanket but a one of a kind artwork.
Please also note that I will do the design based on your order information - if there is a spelling error or you forgot some information you wanted on your order, I cannot know that and so sadly cannot fix it for you as it will be made the way you submitted your order.
Please be careful with ordering so I can make your blanket just perfect :-)
CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER ISSUES/ NEEED HELP?
I do have a no cancel policy as stated in my store because of all the work that is put into the designs and because your order is made when you order it. However, we are all humans, and given I work many hours, if I make a mistake on your order, I will always fix it for you and replace the mistake! Please know that customer satisfaction is my priority and I love what I do and I care about reviews and good standing very much - so PLEASE if you are not happy for any reason or I made a mistake, please CONTACT ME FIRST before leaving a review that cannot be changed later any longer and would harm the store.
If you make a mistake on your submitted order, I always try to help as well, and will try to give you a discount on a new order to help!
Custom and personalized orders
This Christmas holiday season is the busiest season and as I design all designs myself, please be considerate and please pay attention to the time frames listed on each listing. I do always do all I can for you and will always customize the design for you. Thank you.
Blanket printing information
All blankets are printed using the latest sublimation printing method - direct to garment method - that "fuses" the design directly into the fabric itself - no vinyl or any other low quality methods. Your blanket will be gorgeous and stay that way, no matter how many times washed.
Blanket types and information
I keep all the blankets high quality but they are all a bit different. They are not that thick as they do need to be printed.
All the blankets are basically fleece material - just with a bit different finish.

FLEECE - soft with 300 GSM weight, one sided print
MINKY - the softest and most popular (the one I upgrade to if I feel it is needed) - 300 GSM weight, one sided print standard, new products will be 2 sided also!
SHERPA - coziest with sheep like backside (white or tan), 460-480 GSM (thickest)

Custom and personalized orders
Please always contact me through Etsy messaging and NOT e-mail. I cannot respond to e-mails as fast or on regular basis given the volume of messages. Always here please. There is a new customer service e-mail that is being set up now and will be available starting January 2020 but you will receive faster help if you contact me via Etsy messaging. Please do allow me some time to respond first, I will help you as much as I possibly can, but volume of messages is high and even though I work nonstop, it takes me about 24 hours to get back to you. ADDRESS CHANGE
Please, make sure you have a correct address on an order or if not, then write it to me in the notes section when placing your order! It is not possible to change shipping address after an order is placed! Thank you.
UK AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES customers - please be aware of customs extra charges upon arrival!
Please note that when purchasing from USA from UK and other countries in Europe and all over the world, there may be extra charges imposed upon you when the package arrives. This has nothing to do with me, the seller, it is each individual country's government rules and regulations and the amount can vary from low amounts to up to quite high so please take this info consideration prior to making your purchase in any USA online store, not just The Dreamy Den.
