Frequently asked questions

What are you processing times?

My normal processing times are usually 2-5 business days, however, during the holiday season from October through December, my processing times are 5-7 business days due the large volume of orders. Please check my shop announcement for any changes. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Please also note that processing times do not include mail time by the shipping carrier. Shipping days start after the order has been sent out. When applicable, I will post any processing time extension in my shop announcement section on the first page of my Etsy shop. Feel free to message me with any questions, and I'll be happy to help!

How long are shipping time frames?

Generally I ship via USPS Ground Advantage which takes about 2-5 business days to deliver. A shipping upgrade (extra fee required) is optional for USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 1-4 business days to deliver. Wreaths are generally sent via FedEx, which is about 2-9 business days to deliver. FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box, so when purchasing a wreath, please provide a physical mailing address. Shipping times do not include my processing times. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond the control of the shipping carrier. All deliveries are estimated time frames.

Do you accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges?

I do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, please contact me if you have any issues with your order within 30 days after the date of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I currently offer free shipping on orders $35 and up.

Do you offer tax exempt on orders?

No I do not, but please contact Etsy support to ask about details and requirements for tax exemption.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to work with you to design a custom wreath, centerpiece, door basket, or accent bow. Please message me in advance of placing your order to discuss design options. Any request to modify a currently listed bow design will need to be approved by me in advance of placing your order. Some wreaths, door baskets, or centerpieces/arrangements may not be able to be modified.

Displaying your item and storage

Generally, my designs such as bows, wreaths, door baskets, centerpieces, and arrangements can be placed both indoors and outdoors. However, if displaying them outside, please take care to place them under a covered porch or awning to protect them from the outdoor elements as they are not waterproof. The materials used are considered durable for mild outdoor exposure but may fade in sunlight or wilt in moisture. Please also remove them during strong winds, rain, or storms. When storing your items, place them in a plastic bin or cardboard box, and store in a climate-controlled room. Occasionally an item will be specifically not recommended for any outdoor use. Please read the listing descriptions carefully before placing your order.
