HANDMADE LOVING! UNIQUELY COLORFUL PATTERNS FOR YOUR LEGS!

Yep that's Uptights for you! Limited edition quirkily elegant leggings and skirts, designed and individually handmade in Australia (with love) in my Sydney based studio. Ideal for yoga, office work, sun worship, theatre going, character flaunting and all things in between.

Nearly one year old, Uptights has been a long time in the making. It’s a product of my experiences working in and studying both graphic and fashion design. Uptights focuses on designing uniquely inspiring prints which extend the realms of reality into kaleidoscope birds, pac- man grandpa pajamas and floating green eyed cats, to name a few. Be sure, when you wear a pair of Uptights fashionable, yet immensely comfortable leggings you'll stand out! Just like KIMBRA (check out photo 5)

A quick word about my process. Uptights charts a path between digital and the proud tradition of hand made. I love to use drawing, painting and paper cut-outs as the major components of Uptights' patterns, which then receive a helping hand from George (my computer), and my sometime temperamental overlocker, Harry and his partner Sally, my sewing machine :-P

And just so you know, all of Uptights patterns are digitally printed on super smooth, matte polyester lycra for your comfort.Yay!
