My initial purchase did get quite damaged during shipping, but the seller was very understanding and helped send out a new one for me as soon as possible. This second one arrived perfectly! 4 out of 5 starsI got the Elden Ring Erdtree poster and the quality looks great! I gifted it to my brother and he loves it. The shipping took a really long time though, about a month and some change. If you're buying it as a gift, make sure you have plenty of time ahead in case of shipping delays. Great artwork!

No one to blame but the mailing process for that. Then, I contacted the shop owner and they gave me a quick response and told me they'd send another out. I received it in great condition!

How are the prints done?
It depends. I like to use papers with different textures and qualities to ensure the best possible result depending on the artwork. You can find all this information in the description of each product.
Are the prints framed?
Unless it is specified otherwise in the description, none of the prints in the store are framed.
How are the orders packaged?
Each item is packed inside a plastic sleeve and a cardboard envelope for a safer journey. If you ordered more than one print, they will be put in the same envelope.
My order is damaged, can you send it again?
Of course. If your order arrived in bad condition, just let me know and I will send another one as soon as possible.
Do you accept private commissions?
Whenever I can. If you want to offer me a private commission or a project proposal, you can contact me in the "Shop Owner" section or visiting my website.
How can I know if a product will be back in stock?
If a product you want to purchase is out of stock, you can request it and hopefully it will be restocked in the future.
