These labels are just as described. I don't understand the previous one-star review and is clearly user error on their end. These labels are different sizes as described in the listing (if you take the time to read), but are consistent and contain the information shown. I purchased and downloaded within less than a minute on my MOBILE phone. I just had to switch to my browser app as Etsy doesn't allow downloading from the mobile app. So you can still download these without needing to own a desktop or laptop. Can't wait to use these on my cakes of yarn to save room!

Great tags for hand spinning and handspun projects. When printed out on Card Stock they are really sturdy.

Perfect for keeping track of yarn information

I had to reach out for help several times, and waited a few days after a paid purchase to even get a response. The seller stated she was away for weekend. The labels are not as shown on pick . All different sizes, even small circles. Labels do not have consistent info on them. Download never was received when ordered, and had to wait extra day for that to arrive, and then would only work from desktop. Had I not had one, I would have lost all my money, even though I feel I did anyway. I believe in telling good and positive, but this was not positive
