Ever since Covid, shipping times are not guaranteed and mail often gets delayed somewhere because of quarantines or different crisis. Even so, mail rarely gets lost (less than one in 500) but if id does, please let us know. We will file a complaint at the post office and if they are not able to track it, we will refund you.

To clean your handmade porcelain and ceramics, use a soft cloth, gentle soap and water. Avoid using harsh scrubbers like sponges or toothbrushes. Always place your jewelry on soft surfaces and avoid rubbing and scratching the metal plated surfaces as they are the most sensible. Because of the mechanical friction between ceramic and metal, the plated surfaces of the accessories might wear off in time. If this happens, we reccommend replacing it and we offer replacements for all the metal parts we use. To ensure long lasting life, please take out jewelry before showering or going to bed.
