Unfortunately we do not accept returns - except if the product has been damaged/defective.

Please keep in mind that we can't guarantee that a dress will fit you perfectly even if it's made according to your measurements. There's always a possibility that you will need alterations so please keep some budget for that. We recommend selecting a slightly larger size since it's easier and cheaper to alter.
NO CANCELLATIONS
We believe in our product and we are deeply sure, you will not need to have a cancellation. But, please, kindly ask to be attentive - we DON’T accept cancellations, we order fabrics right after you make an order and start production very fast - preparing your order, order materials and needed accessories for manufacturing. If you want to cancel the order when the dress is started production a 25% refund applies.

4 out of 5 starsI ordered custom dress. I was really pleased with size and soft fabric of dress, but I noticed that build-in cups were slightly different places. I think this is fixable but was only thing I was displeased. Seller is super nice and helped with any questions I had. Really pleased with purchase

5 out of 5 starsMy dress is a 6 USA in Ivory for reference. I’m 154cm and 57kg. This dress is absolutely perfect. It has 6 layers (tule and cetin), the corset is stunning, everything feels and look super high quality. I was sure this was MY dress when I saw it on Etsy, and when I put it on I was at loss for words. I couldn’t believe what I saw in the mirror was me. I’ll have to make some alterations, shorten the skirt a bit but that’s just my height, I’m used to it. Everything about the dress and the customer service was 10/10. Can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!!
