Frequently asked questions
Can I place a wholesale order?
Absolutely! I require a 10 item minimum for wholesale orders. Please send me a message with the names and amounts of the kits you would like to purchase.
Can I request different colours for a kit?
No, I do not offer custom orders.
You are more than welcome to purchase a kit as-is and use your own embroidery floss to switch out whichever colours you choose.
Does the pattern come stamped on the fabric?
There are two different types of cross stitch: stamped and counted. All WistfulBird kits are counted cross stitch.
The Aida cloth included in the kit is blank. You are provided with a paper pattern, from which you count the number of stitches. Instructions for how to do this are available on my website: wistfulbird.com
Can you send me more supplies? Can I purchase more supplies from you?
Our cross stitch kits come with more than enough supplies to complete your project. If you run out for whatever reason, we are not responsible to provide you with extra. We also do not sell additional supplies separately from the kits. If you would like additional supplies, all items can be purchased at any store that sells craft supplies (Michaels, Joann, Walmart, etc.).
