Never received the item after trying to reach the seller for 2 weeks. They are clearly inactive, do not purchase from this shop. Refund through Etsy cases worked quickly though!

It really should no stars . I tried to contact the seller to find out when this would ship since it was not delivered. I never got any response from the seller. I sent a message to the seller requesting a refund since the order never came. I still have not had any correspondence from the seller at all. I still want a refund for this purchase. I do not recommend anyone do business with this person.

Beautiful prints, but they never arrived. After several attempts to communicate with the shop owner via Etsy with no response, I finally tried to reach out to her on Instagram. She apologized and said she would send the prints out “ASAP”. They never arrived. I finally had to open a case with Etsy in order to get a refund. As a fellow Etsy shop owner, this is super disappointing. If you cannot fulfill your orders that’s fine, but either close your shop or utilize vacation” mode. I wish you well, but this is unacceptable.
