Frequently asked questions

PROCESSING TIME / SHIPPING:

All of our products are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for them to be made prior to shipping. We must allow time for sanding, staining, drying & assembly. The cost of shipping will depend on the origin, destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Your product will be mailed via USPS (or FedEx) & we are not responsible for delays or damage that may occur during the time it is in their possession. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL:

We ship worldwide! For larger items, such as floating ledge shelves or growth charts, there is a maximum size of 58 inches (Australia 38 inches) that we can ship to you. When purchasing items internationally, please provide us with a phone number in the notes section during checkout. This is important if there are any issues with customs.

MULTIPLE ITEMS:

If multiple items are ordered, specifically floating ledge shelves, they will be shipped in their own boxes, separately. They cannot be shipped in the same box. Smaller items will be shipped together if possible. Multiple packages shipped the same day may get separated during transit. Please refer to each item's tracking number for specifics on package whereabouts.

GIFTS / PACKAGING:

To insure your item arrives safely, we use multiple layers and multiple size bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, heavy duty shipping tape as well as shipping paper when necessary. We do not provide gift boxes or wrapping paper. We do not include a receipt in your package. If this is a gift and you would like a special note included, please message us with your personalized note and we will gladly add it with your order at shipping.

LOST ITEM:

In the unlikely case of a lost item, you can file an inquiry with after approximately 10 days have passed with no new tracking updates. We will not replace a package until it is confirmed as lost by the courier.

DAMAGED ITEM:

In the rare case of a damaged product during shipment we must be contacted immediately. We take extra care to package your items very well, but if your package appears damaged DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE and send us a clear photo of the damage proof. We will determine if the package needs to be refused or opened. If the package was intact but the item inside is damaged, contact us immediately with images of the mailing container and item. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR retaining the item(s) AND mailing container including wrapping, packaging, and any other contents received. ALL PACKAGING MUST BE KEPT!!! We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. In this situation, our shop offers a couple options. Reach out for further details.

STOLEN / MISSING ITEM:

Once a package shows as delivered on the tracking information, we are not responsible for any items that are missing or stolen. If you would like your package to require a signature confirmation, this is something we must be notified of at the time the order is placed, otherwise no signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. Signature confirmation would be an additional fee, you may inquire for details. We will not refund or replace any items that are confirmed as delivered by the courier.

WRONG ADDRESS:

We ship to the address given by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for the customer inputting the wrong address. In the event where the customer has input the wrong address and the package is returned to seller, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees before the item can be reshipped. Please make sure everything is correct before you order!

RUSH ORDERS:

We may be able to be accommodate rush orders depending upon your desired arrival date, the item specifics and our availability to get materials. This would be completing an order sooner than our standard 2-3 week production time. Rushing an order would not change the shipping method you choose at check out and we are not responsible for delays that may occur during shipment. Please send us a direct message to inquire before purchasing.

CUSTOMIZATION:

Each listing contains images of available options for color, font, shape, etc. when available. On fully custom orders, we will provide a draft image of your lettering in selected font(s). Please include text EXACTLY as you wish it to appear on your product during check out or in a DM. Due to the detail and time it takes for customizing, we only provide drafts AFTER you have purchased your item. We ask that you please review all information and spelling for accuracy. Any edits or changes must be reported back as soon as possible. We usually plan to continue production within 24-48 hours and changes may not be possible after that time. Quick correspondence during the design process will aid in getting your product(s) created & shipped sooner.
