3 out of 5 starsI placed an order on 11/1/20 and did not receive the personalized files until 1/3/21. Not until after opening a case through etsy to get the order fulfilled. Quality was nice, service was poor.

Hi Patricia! Apologies for the late delivery, my shop has been all but closed as cruises have not sailed since March 2020. Please enjoy these when your cruise finally sets sail. A full refund has been sent to you in addition to all files.
