Because all work is handmade small pencil markings and smudges can be present on your order. This is part of the artistic process -perfection is not possible, nor promised. All pieces are made to order so small variations will occur.
Each purchase is unique like a snowflake, but filled with the attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Best efforts have been made to accurately represent colors and textures in the photos. Paint is mixed by hand for each order so slight color variations and small imperfections may occur. My hand-painted cups are meant to be hand-washed with a mild soap and never soaked.
If your cup is dropped or the epoxy lifts after being soaked, resealing and repair is possible at a small fee. Please contact me via direct message and we can arrange for a quote and timeline on repairs.

5 out of 5 starsOh my goodness. We LOVE our new ornament for our son. He's obsessed with maps, and Amber perfectly scripted his name overtop of a vintage-looking globe ornament. It's undoubtedly his favorite decor in our home, and I'm certain it won't go down with all the Christmas decorations this week :). Amber also was SO quick to respond, and quick to be flexible with all my requests. It turned out perfect!
