Welcome to An&Hanmade! We are Anna and Hanneke (hence An & Han) and we sell handmade and self-designed gadgets! (hence the Han(d)made)

It is nice for you and us if the payment is made quickly. As soon as the payment is received, we will send the item as soon as possible.
If it really takes too long for the payment to be received and you have not contacted us, we will put the item up for sale again. We adhere to a period of 5 days.

We ship our items within the Netherlands.
As soon as we have received the payment we will ship the item as soon as possible. This happens within 2 - 5 days.
* Shipping costs *
The shipping costs depend on the item: one item simply fits through the mailbox, the other item does not.
For items that fit through the mailbox we charge € 2.10
For items that do not fit through the mailbox (and are therefore a package) we charge € 6.95. The package will then be delivered to your home.
For items that do not fit through the mailbox, we have a second option: we can also send it via Kiala. The package will not be delivered to your home, but can be picked up at a Kiala point. This is cheaper and also useful if you may not be at home during the day. Shipping via Kiala costs € 3.95.
When you order multiple items, the shipping costs depend on the doordebriefbuspas factor. Please contact us for this!
Of course, the items are neatly packaged to ensure that they arrive neatly.
