Frequently asked questions

Are your items vintage or can I custom order a size?

Everything sold in the shop is vintage and there's only one available. All measurements are given to ensure accurate sizing and what you see is exactly what you get.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, items that have been in the shop for over 24 hours and are priced over $100 may be placed on hold for 24 hours without a deposit. Please contact me if you'd like to put something on hold.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes! If you'd like to put something on layaway, I simply ask for a 20% nonrefundable deposit to hold the item. The remaining balance is to be paid within 2 months and the dollar amount and frequency of payments is up to you. Please contact me if you'd like more information.

Do you offer express / overnight shipping?

Yes, all items ship the next business day but if you need expedited shipping, please contact the shop for a quote.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, items may be returned within 3 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY minus the original shipping cost. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you wish to return an item, please contact me for approval before shipping it. All items returned must including tracking.

How fast can I expect my order?

Most US domestic orders (excluding heavier items like winter coats) are shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive 2 to 3 business days. They will include tracking. International orders ship First Class and can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks depending upon the destination and customs processing.
