I accept Pay pal and all major credit cards. Please pay for your purchase at the checkout. To avoid cancellation the payment need to be made within 48 hours of purchase. After payment confirmation, I endeavor to ship within 48 hours ( almost always within 24 hours) Remember the faster you pay for your purchase, the faster that I can mail it to you.

Payments is required in full on commissioned Artwork.
I normally require a week to complete one commissioned Pet Portrait, depending on work load and if there is more than one pet.

Payments for all custom orders need to be paid once I have set up your Custom Order Invoice, after you are happy with what I am going to make for you, in most cases I can keep you apprised via photos on message convo, before sending.

I take great care in posting and packing all of my work.

However as from the 1st if July I will no longer be posting to Europe, this decision has not been made lightly, there are too many costs and regulations either side.

All my handmade greeting cards ,art, prints and bookmarks are sent flat in a hard backed envelope to ensure that they arrive safely to you.

All handmade bead and charm items will be presented in an organza bag and securely wrapped in bubble wrap tissue paper and in a padded envelope,

For UK : Orders are shipped first class via Royal Mail, or Royal Mail signed for
For International: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked and signed for

The Original Illustrations, Drawings, Watercolor Paintings and Commissioned Artwork are all posted flat, via Royal Mail 1st class or sometimes larger art items are sent tracked and signed for.

All Prints are placed in cellophane sleeve and posted in a cardboard backed envelope. Both domestic and International orders are posted with Royal mail standard delivery.

Your packages will be shipped to the address on your Etsy receipt unless otherwise noted.

Please note the deadline for posting UK orders in time for Christmas is usually around the 18th December and the 4th December for international orders.

PROCESSING TIME

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping can vary. For details, please see individual items.
However in most cases I will try and ship in 1-2 days. Unless of course it is an art custom order, then it will be specified.
For large custom orders I require approximately 2- 3 weeks, however I will do my best to complete sooner in non busy times.

For large (20 to 40) Rush Custom beaded Orders I charge an extra £15.00.

UK and Ireland.
United Kingdom: first class: 1-2 business days
2nd class 2- 3 business days

International Standard
Europe/ EU 7-14 days sometimes 4 days depending
United States: 10 - 14 business days international standard ( although sometimes 7 - 10 days)
Canada : 7 - 14 business days
Unless Custom priority order or international Signed and Tracked.

Everywhere Else:
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14 - 21 business days
Asia Pacific: 21 - 28 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 21 - 28 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 21 - 28 business days
Unless You Have Asked for a Custom Priority Order.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, also on your countries custom delays, at Christmas time they can take longer so order early to avoid disappointment.

If you require your parcel to be sent priority post I can send FedEx, these can be pricey so inquire first.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply.
Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
