I create paintings of the female figure vibrantly owning their power and embracing their wisdom in brightly layered lines of paint and ink. Each figure is placed within an abstracted world of contrasting colors, botanicals, sacred geometrics and organic shapes. The painted environments provide nourishing atmospheres for the figures, representing environments I desire to cultivate in my own life.

My paintings are influenced by my spiritual journey. This journey has included the exploration of Yoga, Tantra, Shamanism, Plant Medicine, Ayurveda, and Art Therapy. These practices help me to trust my intuition, find confidence in my body, and craft life habits that are self-sustaining and nourishing.

My paintings acknowledge the glowing wellness, wholeness and joy that emerges when one is fully alive in their body and spirit, reminding each of us that the world needs us in full color. I paint women embodying their power through poses as a way to elevate and celebrate women thriving in their bodies and in their connection to their own colorful, bold, and flowing souls.
