We’ve reached 50 sales and I can’t thank you all enough!!
In the next coming months, I will be adding new products like washi tape, greeting cards and sticker sheets!
Zippered tote bags may be coming too, but that’s dependent on other factors.
Also, I will be running a small shop sale from February 1st to the 17th for Valentine’s Day, so keep an eye out!

Frequently asked questions
Shipping Speeds
All of my items ship with First-Class shipping* (1-5 business days) or you can upgrade to Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or Express (1-2 business days) for quicker speeds.
Please allow me 1-2 business days to package and ship your order.
*Sticker orders ship through letter mail and include limited tracking.
International Shipping
All physical orders are shipped domestically in the United States through USPS.
At this time, I do not ship internationally.
Shipping Delays
Due to the pandemic, shortages, staffing and other factors, I cannot guarantee your package will arrive in the time you expect it. There have been massive shortages and understaffing logistically across the country for months, and this may impact your suggested delivery date.
Please be patient as I cannot guarantee your order will arrive in the time frame that you expect it. I will do my best to expedite the process and ship in a timely manner.
Environmental Impact
I safely package all orders by myself with eco-conscious and low waste packaging. This is to ensure that there is minimal damage and environmental impact during transit.
Please kindly reuse or recycle the shipping materials included in your purchase.
Refund Policy
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact me.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note, you are fully responsible for return shipping charges.
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. Once approved, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The following types of items cannot be returned and are ineligible for a refund:

>Custom/ Personalized Products
>Sale Items
Damaged & Defective Items
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your order has arrived damaged during shipment, contact me immediately with images of the damage.
I will open a case with the post office and send you new items at no extra cost.
I also recommend opening your own case with your local post office to expedite the claims process.
Any items received damaged or in poor quality are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
Missing Packages & Undelivered Items
If your package was marked as delivered, but cannot be found please check the following:
>Look in discrete areas such as the back door, bushes, or underneath your porch.
>Make sure the package wasn’t delivered at the wrong address, sometimes packages can be delivered to your neighbor’s home by mistake.
>Ask your neighbors, coworkers, household members and anyone else that may have been at the delivery location.
If you still cannot locate your package, please wait 1-3 business days for it to arrive. Unfortunately, sometimes mail carriers mark packages as delivered when they actually haven’t arrived yet.
If it has still not arrived within 1-3 business days, please contact me, I will work with my local post office to locate it.
Stolen Packages
If you believe your package was stolen (after following the steps I have provided for missing packages), please do the following:
>Contact me immediately, so I can file a stolen package claim with the post office.
>You will need to file a report with the police and also file a stolen package claim with your local post office.
>Once you have filed the reports, please send me a new address so I can resend your order to free of charge.
A new and secure address can be a friend or family member’s address, your work address or another trusted location.
I will not resend your order to the address you originally provided if theft has occurred.
Once I have sent the new package out, I will provide you with a new tracking number.
Custom and personalized orders
At this time I do not offer customizable and personalized orders due to my busy schedule. Please check back in the future for commissions and other custom goods.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping information is written correctly before placing your order.
To prevent scams, I cannot change your address once the order has been placed. I can however cancel your order and refund you the amount of your purchase. This way you can reorder with the correct address.
If you need your address changed or made a mistake please contact me within 24 hours.
