When I started creating leather belts and bracelets I was inspired by my childhood memories from the times traveling through Southern Europe. Visiting with my parents the vibrant markets of Mediterranean villages and cities I discovered beautiful and functional hand-made leather goods and accessories. One day I got my first leather bracelet and I loved it so much that I have proudly worn it every day.

I always liked to draw finely detailed illustrations on paper or canvas until I got the Pyrography tool in my fingers. I used it on my first hand-made leather belt and was fascinated! Finally, I could draw - in this case "burn" - my visions in something wearable.
I became very enthusiastic about creating more and more items like belts, bracelets & guitar straps. I experimented with different tones of dyes and learned the techniques step by step while creating unique pieces.

Each leather piece is made with my two hands, no machines or stencils are involved. I carefully select the best quality hides for my work. The leather is treated with clear leather balm and beeswax for a protective finish.
