December 17th is the cut off for regular christmas delivery. Any orders placed after december 17th will NOT arrive in time for christmas unless you contact us to rush the order and pay for an upgraded shipping method. DO NOT leave a note in the seller box at checkout that you need an item for christmas, we do not read these notes until we make the order which would be too late. IT is the responsibility of the customer to read

We will not refund you because you didn't read the information. We work VERY VERY hard to hand make, design and ship every item in house, with a 10 month old teetering behind us. This is our full time job and how we make money to feed our families. No refunds will be given if you failed to read the information listed.

Processing times can range between 3-5 days and 1-2 weeks and are longer than usual due to product and shipping delays.
Please please keep in mind that I am a one woman shop and hand make, design, and ship everything myself. Orders can become delayed as I am working the FASTEST that my fingers will go!
There are MAJOR SHIPPING DELAYS with USPS. We cannot control the current delays that are going on with our postal service and apologize for any delay you may experience.
PLEASE read this section if you have any questions about your orders as we update this section frequently.
We cannot offer any rushed items at this time, if you choose to leave a message in your order for a rush, please note that we will not be looking at notes in orders until we make the item.

Where do I leave the name or monogram for my order?
There will be a box at checkout labeled "note to seller". You may leave any notes including the name or monogram needed for your order here. You may also leave any other information you think I may need in this box :)
What size is in the photo?
On some of my listings I will put the size in the photo in the details. On alot of the listings since it is custom to your needs you may need to measure the space you want your decal to fit. For example: your door, your phone, your car. These things you will need to measure how much space you want the decal to take up. If you have any questions or need help at all PLEASE don't hesitate to send me a message!
When will my order ship if I purchased today?
Each listing has a different processing time(the time it takes from point of purchase to point of shipping) after the processing time, your shipping option will take effect.
For instance if the processing time is 1 week, your order will ship out in 1 week PLUS whatever shipping option you chose.
I need a different size than what is in the listing!
Not to worry :) I can make most listings accommodate any size you may need. Please message me the size you need and I will do my best to make it happen!
