After payment has arrived you will receive your items in a zipped folder to your e-mail address in 24 hours.
Purchased item will be emailed to you as a high resolution JPEG and/or PNG file. If you need your purchased item sent to a different e-mail address, please let us know in an email or Etsy conversation.
Please also make sure your address accepts file attachments and please be sure to check your spam folder also as due to your personal settings emails can end up there instead of your inbox.

Then you need to navigate to "Purchases and Receipt" page on Etsy and click the "Ready to download" button.
