Welcome! This shop is filled with unique items all made by me - Barbora. I am an illustrator, drawer, maker. All items are designed and created by me.
I offer complimentary gift wrapping upon request. Just contact me after your purchase and let me know it is a gift. A small signed card will also be included and some more extra printed goods can be expected .
I also offer custom designs. If you see something in my shop that you'd love to have in a different shape, color or size let me know. Convo me and we'll see if I am a match for your needs.

Payment
Payments through PayPal must be received within 48 hours of purchase, or the transaction will be cancelled and items will be returned to the shop.
Shipping
I do my best to get your ordered items to the post office quickly. If you are working within a deadline please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. If there is a conflict between your Etsy and Paypal addresses, please make a note in the Notes to Seller section of your order, which address is the one to use (otherwise I will always use your address listed with Etsy.) I do not ship on weekends. If you have any questions, please convo me!
Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift card, and the address to which I should send the invoice. Also whether or not you would like the item gift wrapped.
Your item will arrive in a padded envelope.
I do ship internationally.
The shipping time is usually not longer than 10 days. I will send you the predicted time due to your country. If you do not receive your item in a prompt manner, please send a conversation or email me at barboraidesova [!at] gmail.com, and I will do everything I can to check on the status of the shipment.
I cannot be held responsible for pacakges that are lost once they leave the EU. I only ship with insurance if you request it. If you do request insurance, please send me a message telling me so, and wait for me to send you an updated invoice before you pay.
