If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We'll guide you through the return process, and upon verification, offer a replacement or refund.
**Incorrect Item Received:**
Should you receive an incorrect item, inform us within 7 days of delivery. We'll assist you in returning the item and send the correct one or issue a refund upon confirmation.
**Quality Concerns:**
Concerns about product quality? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request further details and, based on assessment, offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
**Change of Mind or Unwanted Items:**
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. Accidental Damage: Returns for accidentally damaged items are not accepted.
