Frequently asked questions
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! For a small additional fee you can have different wording on an existing listing. If you have something completely new in mind, message me and we can collaborate!
When will I receive my printable files?
Once checkout is complete and your payment has been processed, you will receive a link to download the files. Your files will also be available right away on your Etsy account. Simply click your profile picture at the top of the page and then "Purchases and reviews". If for any reason you are having trouble accessing your files, please message me and I can help you resolve the problem.
What paper should I use if I print from home?
All my printables will look great on plain old cardstock. That's what I typically use. If you want to go a bit more fancy and your printer can handle it, I also use 120lb cardstock. It is super thick and sturdy and gives your art an even more professional look.
If I don't want to print at home, where do you recommend I print my art?
You can always have your artwork printed as photographs or posters. I don't think they turn out as nicely but it will certainly save you money. A step up from that would be the art prints from Shutterfly. They come in lots of sizes and the paper is nice. If you really want your art to look professional, I recommend printing on velvet giclee paper from either I Print From Home or Finer Works. The paper has a beautiful watercolor texture and looks lovely. I did a review of lots of printing options on my Instagram: beanstreet_ . It's in my stories saved under "Printing" if you want to see the paper options up close.
Can I print my art in a size other than what is offered?
The short answer is yes. Almost every art print in my shop can be resized. Keep in mind, however, that the larger the size, the more likely the images will be less crisp. If you are unsure, send me a message and I will do my best to help. If you would like a custom size, contact me and I can make it happen!
Do you offer other file formats?
Just about every digital file in my shop is in JPG format. I offer this because it is almost universally accepted at most print shops. If you need a different file format, I am happy to send you your art as a PNG or PDF at no extra cost.
