Do you accept exchange for the customizable items on your shop?
Sadly I do not. The reason behind this, the item may include your name/dates or other sort of characteristics that were just made for you. If you're not happy with your order you can get your refund instead.
Shipping:
If your tracking says the item has been delivered and you're not in possesion of your package, feel free to send me a message to help me guide you through any questions.
Once the finished product gets out of my hands and goes to the Post Office Besitos&Giggles is not responsible for any damages done to your piece on it's way to you or stolen merchandise. I will provide tracking and updates through USPS links.
If by any reason you put the wrong address on your order, make sure to contact me within a day after you did your purchase to make sure I send it to the right address.
