Custom dummy clip designs
Place a listing in your basket, at checkout only your little ones name and the colours/design you would like
Dummy clip care instructions
You can wash all items with soapy warm water and leave to dry. Do not put in steriliser
Returns
Personalised items will not be accepted back, unless faulty. We do not accept returns for items that do not fit if they are personalised.
Please check sizes on each of the product pages or message us for further details.
We require receipt of the returned items before we will process a refund.
Please get proof of postage when you return your item, as we are in no way responsible for items not arriving back with us.
We do not cover return postage costs unless the items is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your products for something else, please contact us to arrange.
Damaged/Faulty
We require any damaged or faulty goods back before we can process a refund. Please take pictures of any damage and email these to us, we can then notify you of next steps. please inform us on delivery that your item is damaged. Any delay and this may hinder the right to a refund. Items damaged once worn will invalidate our refund policy - and you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Clothing sizing guide
All clothing items we sell will show a size guide in the pictures. I highly recommend you look at the measurements to ensure you pick the correct size. Once clothing is personalised, our returns policy does not cover sizing issues.
Are the adult lounge sets gender neutral
Yes our lounge sets are for all family members. Please refer to the sizing guide or message me before placing an order, if your unsure on sizing.
