We ship worldwide! Please note that unfortunately we can't currently ship to Argentina, Bahrain, Belarus, Bolivia, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chile, Colombia, Crimea, Cuba, Djibouti, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mexico, North Korea, Philippines, Romania, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe.

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. We understand that's a bit of a wait, but don't forget that every product sold in BKZCREATIVE store is custom-made rather than mass-produced, which makes it absolutely exclusive! Please note that since our facilities are located all over the world, we might send your order as multiple shipments to speed things up for you.

The shipping time depends on your location and the location of facilities that carry your items, that is why we included shipping time in each item's description.

All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Look for details on each product page.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with us, please do the following:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at shop@bkzcreative.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Unfortunately, we are unable to gift-wrap at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If that’s the case, please let us know at shop@bkzcreative.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! At this time, we don't offer exchanges for other reasons.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, so color and shade differences can't be a reason for a refund, unless you were sent a wrong color option.
