Who am I?

Hi everyone! I'm Kat. I'm a thirty-something mom of two beautiful little humans. A high school science teacher by day and an aspiring homesteader by summer, I have always had a love for all things book related and coffee shop themed. You can always find me reading on my deck while the kids play in the yard or strolling through my garden with a cup of coffee. Don't get me started on my passion for collecting candles! After spending hours combing through stores and websites looking for the perfect blends for my home, I started to dabble in creating my own personal candles. Now I don't have to search for what I really want!

I pull my inspiration from my favorite books ranging from classic literature to the latest BookTok favorites. I have always been a fan of reading at my local coffee shop (before my babies took over) or even cracking open a new book in my favorite chair with a cozy blanket while listening to the rain outside. My goal is to evoke similar feelings with my candles. The smell of roasting coffee or the sense of a dark, stormy night. The feeling of walking through a secret garden or stumbling upon a hobbit hole and being invited in for elevensies.

Join my on my journey through the pages! Currently there are plans for more than 40 inspired scents and I'm constantly receiving requests for more!

All of my candles are made using soy wax in small batches to ensure a quality product and even scent distribution. I am happy to work with you if you want a custom scent or if there is a particular book you would like to evoke...just send me a message!!

Custom and personalized orders

Please send me a message if you have a specific book or character that you want to evoke. I can work closely with you during the creative process to develop a scent that is just what you are looking for!

Sizing details

All candles come in three different sizes: an 8 oz jar, a 4 oz tin or 2 oz wax melts. If you are looking for a larger size, I can customize an order just for you!

Care instructions

Do not burn candles in reach of children or animals. Open flames may cause injury or damage if left unattended. Trim wicks to 1/4" before lighting. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours.
