Some things are not customizable so please message me about your request before ordering to make sure.

Each order is placed in a cellophane bag with an itemized receipt and is shipped in a stay flat cardboard mailer to prevent any bending or tearing during shipment. If your order contains washi tape samples only it will be placed in a cellophane bag and shipped in a bubble mailer.

Please check your order within 3 days of receiving it. If there are any issues please notify me through an Etsy message and I'll be glad to help.

My current processing times are 3 to 5 business days. However, I generally ship orders within 24 to 48 hours. If there is a sale running, shipping times might take the 3 to 5 business day time period due to order volume.

An easy way to find out your estimated shipping date for your orders would be:
1. Go to your Purchases and Reviews page.
2. Scroll to the order you would like to find info about.
3. Click "View Receipt".
4. Scroll to the bottom and the estimated shipping date will be listed right above the map.

Yes. If you have ordered more than once in a day you may request them to be combined. You must message me about this option or leave a message in your order letting me know. I do not automatically combine orders. You must have a discussion with me first.

You have two options:
1. Request that the shipping cost of the other order be refunded to you. Once refunded it can take 3 to 5 business days to show up in your bank account.
2. Choose one extra sheet to be added to your order to cover shipping costs. Please make sure to leave the Item # of the sheet you would like and any size options you would like if applicable.

All sales are final. Please contact me with any problems and I will do my best to work out a solution with you.

Please make sure you are purchasing stickers that will fit into your planner. If you have any questions about sizing please feel free to ask. I'm here to help. Refunds will not be issued due to size issues.

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.

Please understand that each device you use to view the photos in any listing (whether it be a computer, tablet, or cell phone) renders and displays color differently. When printed on sticker paper the tones can change slightly due to brightness and contrast of ink.

Yes. I sell washi tape in 12 to 14 inch samples. I do not sell entire rolls of washi tape at this time.
