NOTE:
If I am able to ship a package for less than the stated shipping charges, I will issue a refund as soon as I know the cost. I ship with USPS. In most cases, I will use Priority Mail.
When I ship an item, it is in perfect condition and very well packed. If a buyer wishes to return an item, they must pay the return shipping. The Buyer has 3 days after receipt to notify me and 14 days to return the item in the same condition as sent. I photograph all items before shipping, with the Shipping Label, to document condition at the time of shipping. I will issue a refund for the cost of the product plus tax when the item is received in the same condition it was sent. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. There will be no refunds under any other conditions or time period.
I try to convey accurate information about the materials I use and the products I make. However, I welcome any questions you may have. I would rather clarify a detail before a sale so you can make an informed decision before you purchase.
I ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. I do NOT accept Paypal E-checks.
If there is a problem with an order, please contact me so I can try to resolve the issue.

This was my first Mosaic Project - I started all this with a broken item, a favorite flower pot from my son. -
When I couldn't find a birdbath large enough to cover an old well pipe in my backyard, I made my own. Birds love it! -

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
I will consider custom orders which will be created once the seller and buyer agree on a project and price. I will provide as much information as possible about the final product and the production time before the order is created. Custom orders must be paid before the order can be started and are not returnable.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I can include a customized note from the buyer when they request the item be shipped to someone else as a gift.
