I will do my best to accommodate your custom request! I am happy to create a banner with choice of font and color selection, but unfortunately my little shop is not set up to do full scale graphic design so I am unable to do logo creation/placement on banners. Also, once I have started your custom order, I am unable to make any changes. I am happy to send photos of the product along the way, but no major changes can be made once the order has started production.

Markers/signs have been specially treated with exterior spar urethane for outdoor use before being shipped. That being said, please keep in mind that this is a wood product and is not intended for prolonged use in extreme weather conditions. It's recommended that care be taken after each season to clean, store and treat them for outdoor use again before the next season. They are meant for light garden use in normal weather and soil conditions. Re-apply an outdoor polyurethane at least twice yearly for protection.

PLEASE PLEASE make sure before submitting your order that you double check that your shipping address is correct. Etsy shipping labels are printed directly from your information in your Etsy account. If this is not correct, then packages may be sent to the wrong address. Brush Creek Farmhouse is not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses.

Great care is taken to process items according to the customer's deadline and to package items carefully for protection. However, once the item leaves my shop, it is in the hands of the postal service. Priority mail is not guaranteed and shipping delays are out of my control. If an item arrives and is broken, please notify me immediately and we can work through a solution together.
