We sell cameras, accessories, soviet era items, and all other things related to film photography and vintage items in this geographical region, that we love and hate at the same time. Would love to keep lots of them, but we are selling them.
The story is long I think. We got fed up with everything, and moved away for a couple of days about a year ago to a small village in Hungary, to spend the holiday season. Then we found a rusty bike ditched. Took it home, repaired it, and its one of those items we would never sell.
Some of these things have souls, sometimes they die, but we would like to keep them alive.
We love things that are special, old, but new to learn about, and be amazed of. One of us grew up next to the only photographic material producing plant in hungary, which was world famous for its papers. As for the other significant shop owner, she was born in Czechoslovakia. Figure that out. Guess chemical X, and the cold war is fused inside us, I guess.
