My items never arrived. What should I do?

If after a reasonable amount of time your item hasn't arrived yet, please contact me. If you selected the standard untracked shipping and never received it, I will send you a new item free of charge. However, you'll be asked to pay for the new and/or additional shipping costs.
If you've chosen a tracked shipping option and you've never received your item, please contact me and I will investigate the issue further with you.
