Payment
You do not need a Paypal account to do this!
Paypal acts as the credit/debit card processor for all Etsy orders. Please follow the link in your Etsy order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction. You will then receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.
Please let me know if you are experiencing any difficulties processing your payment.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or the next working day.
Delivery Times: UK 3-5 days, Europe 5-10 days, orders to the rest of the world can take up to 14 days.

When you place an order you will receive an email from me via Etsy this is confirmation of your order. You will also receive a confirmation email from Paypal as a receipt for your payment.

1. Privacy Policy:
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
2. Delivery Policy:
We use Western Couriers or Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. Everywhere else in the world we use Royal Mail or Parcelforce. All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days except for bespoke work, where timescales are discussed with the client.
3. Refund / Cancelation Policy:
If you are not happy for what ever reason just let me know and a refund will be given, for any breakages. However, we do need the item returned or a photograph to show damage as then we can claim on our insurance.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me at info [!at] ceramicsforeveryone.co.uk within 3 working days of receiving your order and I will do my best to help you.
If you decided to cancel your order please email me within 24 hours of your purchase.
