I have been wanting unique statement earrings that were colorful and well made. but most importantly something different, not found at the local stores... Chaerin's jewelry is truly beautiful and of great quality. Worth every penny. Although she is based in Korea the shipping wasn't too long and the earrings came in the CUTEST packaging (which I'm still keeping:P) She was also very easy to get in touch with. I had some special requests and she was more than happy to help out. I bought 3 other earrings from her and everywhere I go, people comment on how cool they are. I'm just excited to see what her next collections are going to look like. xx Sara ab

Frequently asked questions
When will my package be delivered?
Currently the processing time is 3-5 business days. I need 5-10 business days to process made-to-order items.
Jewelry items will be shipped via K-Packet (registered air mail) with Korea Post with tracking number. Once a package is shipped, transit times can vary greatly. The usual transit time is 10-21 days from date shipped, but occasionally packages can be delayed due to customs and other factors.
Do you provide any faster shipping method?
I also provide Express Mail Service (EMS) up to 1 kg of each package. Transit times vary depending on countries, the usual transit time is 5-7 business days.
I offer a free shipping upgrade to EMS for orders over 250$.

Customs and duty charges
When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. I do not have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials.
Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates. I have NO control over your country's customs officials. Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.
