The trans tassels and rainbow keffiyeh weave are such a great combo for showing solidarity with P*Lestine from a queer position. Washing cold and air drying work well for bringing up the texture of the weave and washing out excess dye as well.

What if my shipping name is not the name I want to be addressed by?
We get that not everyone who buys these products (or shops online at all) can yet use the name they feel most comfortable with for all circumstances, so here's how we are going to best respect you:
Feel free to list your name and pronouns in the message field when you buy, or if you start a conversation with us for any reason at all to as questions or get support for an item that got lost in transit, etc... We will use that name when we reply.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We don’t really have the capacity to gift wrap items or pack them specially yet, but we CAN include short custom messages for the intended recipient.
Please be as precise as possible though, and indicate the name we should use, such as “Dear Xyz,” on a gift note, as we know that some people may still use different names on their outward-facing postal address, etc...
Size and choking warning.
This should go without saying. Some of our products are small and are intended only for those by those beyond the age they will potentially put them in their mouths, or must be supervised when placed on items of clothing or similar around those who are younger. We obviously support teaching kids young—from birth—to love and respect all of humanity without preconditions. But please, stay safe!
We cannot be held responsible for intentional or unintentional harm caused in such a way.
VACATIONS NOTICE — Periodic
I am a single human (my sister helps a little too, but she has her own full-time job) who sells on Etsy and providing you with the best possible service is always my goal. I do not shutter my shop in “vacation mode” but I do place notices here and in my announcements and I will up shipping times to reflect the estimated duration of my time away.
I generally use a local post office (USPS, Dutch Royal Mail, Israel Post, etc...) at envelope or small parcel rate that may not offer tracking. Delivery time may as such be longer as well.

Shipping Is Imperfect
I have shipped out over 2800 packages in the last three years and am proud to provide outstanding customer service. Please understand that since the COVID19 pandemic began, postal delays have been a real challenge and, as always, some packages do vanish or get returned to me as sender for any number of clearly or unclear reasons.
Please always feel free to reach out to me, and I will give you the most up-to-date information I have, but please realize USPS shipping, including their tracking information, is imperfect at best. Packages often say "in transit" well after they have been delivered, or may say "delivered" a few days before actually arriving because they will be marked such by an automated sorting machine.
Missing Packages
For DOMESTIC (USA) orders: I will attempt to provide you with outstanding customer service if you reach out to me directly. I am happy to replace any order in full, if I have it in stock, that has not arrived within 31 days of its ship date, or 45 days for items shipped after December 1st. I cannot be responsible for items misdelivered or returned to sender if the original address was incorrect.
For INTERNATIONAL orders: Since COVID19 disrupted travel, please note it may take up to 90 days for orders to arrive because some arrive by boat and/or get held in customs. Please consider express shipping if time-sensitive.
For orders to CANADA only: I often ship via USPS who hands off to Royal Mail. Tracking may not be available on small orders.

This has never come up, but it should be officially stated that ChangedMe is open to all but reserves the right to refuse to work with anyone who makes us feel uncomfortable via our interactions in any way. Be cool, be kind, know that you’re speaking to actual humans on the other end and if something goes wrong with your order or you need to make a change he, we’ll do everything we can to get you set up.
