🌼 Currently we are accepting orders 4 days a week. Normally Friday through Monday. This will give us a chance to have a few days off and not get too overwhelmed with your generous orders.
💮I work in the shop and will respond to messages until 5pm weekdays. I am away from the shop weekends and holidays.
⏰ Standard processing time is 3 business days before shipping. If possible, we will ship sooner, but please figure in 3 business days for processing before placing your order. We ship all orders asap - first in first out. Requesting your order be shipped before others in queue will not make it ship sooner.
Usually, a rush shipping upgrade will be available at checkout. Rush upgrade moves your order to the head of the line and ships out priority mail the following business day. If the upgrade isn't showing, please message me for availability.
The upgrade cannot be added after purchase.
⏳We cannot guarantee a delivery date, only a shipping date.
🤯We are not responsible for refunding shipping fees for multiple orders placed by a buyer that are shipped in one package unless the buyer makes previous arrangements with me.
Place all items into your shopping cart and check out in one transaction to prevent being charged full shipping fee for each transaction. If you forget an item, please contact me before placing an additional order to be added, otherwise shipping fees are not refundable.

Care instructions
Almost all metal will discolor over time. To prolong the beauty of your items avoid moisture. Do not wear when bathing or swimming. Oils and perspiration from skin will accelerate discoloration. Wipe down after wearing and store in sealed zip lock bags or tarnish resistant jewelry boxes.
Small chemical free polishing cloths are available in shop. These clean and shine beautifully but once soiled must be tossed. Advice on sealing compounds gladly provided if requested.
For silver charms I recommend Wrights Silver Cream, however dark contrast will be removed.

Shipping Labels, Addresses and Insurance
🌼We print labels directly from Etsy. The shipping address must match the address on your order. We cannot change shipping addresses so please double check before payment.
🌼Orders over $35 before shipping fee are guaranteed against loss or damage through Etsy. Insurance can be purchased for $1 for other orders at checkout.
🌼Insurance is required for loss in transit or damage.
LOST PACKAGE POLICY
💮CharmingMaggie is not responsible for lost packages that are not insured or packages damaged by the post office
💮USPS does not consider a package lost until 21 days past shipping date.
💮Tracking is available for all packages. Please contact your local post office supervisor for delivery issues. We cannot offer any information other than shown by tracking.
💮We do not refund or replace packages that are tracked as delivered.
Return Policy
🌼Not all items are returnable. Please see individual listing.
🌼If returnable, you must contact the shop within 3 business days of delivery and items must be shipped back with tracking within 7 days of receiving it.
🌼Partial lots are not returnable. All items must be received in the exact quantity and condition as sent. Unused and undamaged.
🌼Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
