Note from shop owner Chelsea Brown Designs started in the corner of my husband's home office seven years ago and grew into something I could never have imagined!

It fills me with all sorts of emotions to be closing a door on this big chapter of my life and it wasn’t something I made lightly. My life has changed a lot, from the decrease in sales over the past couple of years to my mother recently passing after a year-long battle with cancer, to Amplify Planner growing, I’ve decided it’s time to take this little sticker business off of my very full plate.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported me throughout the years, from the kind notes you would leave on your orders, the DM conversations, and the genuine friendships built over the years. I cherish it all so much!

I hope to re-kindle my love for planning and can’t wait to share my planner spreads again on my Instagram account! It’s time to move on to bigger and better things!

What size should I order?

My stickers are specifically made to fit the Passion Planner only.

All of my stickers are available in all three Passion Planner sizes: Passion Planner Classic/Large is 8.5x11 inches
Passion Planner Compact/Small is 5.5x8.5 inches
Passion Planner Pro/Medium is 7x10 inches

If you have a different style of planner and want to know if my stickers will fit in your planner please send me a message on Etsy with the dimensions of your planner and I will let you know if they will fit.

Do you do custom sticker designs?

At this time I am not accepting custom order requests. However, if you have a great idea on a sticker that you think the PashFam would love I would love to hear your ideas! I'm always looking for new designs to add to the shop!

When will my order ship?

My current timeline to get orders out is 1-2 weeks. You can always check your estimated ship date by going to your Etsy profile and then selecting "purchases and reviews". I do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible but since I offer so many planner sizes, colors, and designs every sticker is made to order which requires a little extra time!

Can you combine my orders if I place multiple orders?

We try to get orders out as quickly as possible. If your orders have been placed within 24 hours of each other then yes, we would be more than happy to combine them for you. Also, if you are an international customer we can combine shipping since we know that international shipping can be expensive! However, if your orders are a few days apart we can try to combine them for you but can't guarantee.

Do you offer digital downloads of your designs?

I do have a couple digital download options in my shop. However, the main bulk of my designs are for sticker production only. Unfortunately, to protect my designs, I do not offer most of my stickers as digital downloads.

Can I change my order after my order has been placed?

We try to get orders out as quickly as possible. If your order has been placed within the last 24-hours, we would be more than happy to change your order. After that 24-hour period, we will not be able to change anything. Please take into consideration order timelines before placing your order.

When will the next Monthly Kit be released?

Monthly themed kits are always released on the 25th of the month, so for example, the April monthly kit will be released on January 25th.
