I absolutely love this pillow! I use it all the time - sore muscles, cramps, warming up the bed on a chilly night, etc. I heat it up the old fashion way in a regular oven (I'm not a fan of microwaves and don't own one). It only takes a couple of minutes. The cherry pits hold heat well and smell great! Thank you~

Quite well-made, and the cherry pits sound pleasantly like rainstick beads as they shift within the pad. The heat's great for keeping blood flowing to my fingertips in our cold office (I have Raynaud's syndrome and often have numb or purple fingertips by workday's end). Wish the heat lasted longer, but 20+ minutes seems to be average for seed- and grain-based pads.
