Frequently asked questions
Where do I get my printable planners and budget envelopes?
Once payment is confirmed by Etsy, the downloadable files will be immediately available to download from your profile's Purchases and Reviews section. Etsy will also send you a link where you can download the files to your email address. There are times when payments will take a bit of time to process, which will affect the time the downloadable files will be available to download for you.
Where can I print my digital downloads?
You can use any home or office printers you have at home, or you can contact an online/physical print shop to print the files for you. Since the files are PDF in format, only use PDF reader software like Adobe Acrobat or Nitro Pro to view and print the files. Please do not convert or open the files in MS Word as this will damage the design of the files.

I bought the wrong planner size. Can I get a refund?
If you have bought the wrong planner size and have already downloaded the digital files, then we cannot provide you with refund anymore since the item is already in your possession. If we provide a refund, then it's like we are giving away the file to you for free, which means a loss on our part. If you have downloaded the wrong size, we encourage you to purchase again the correct size. However, if you have not downloaded the file yet, then we can cancel the order and refund you. Thanks for your understanding.
