Custom and personalized orders
Lakeside Paperie cannot be responsible for undelivered or damaged items, or transit times. These are all the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged. I will need pictures of the item and packaging to be able to file a claim.
Do you accept return or exchanges?
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Orders are immediately placed into production.
I do not accept returns or refunds. Each piece is made to order. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly. Please double check your order before submitting it.
International Shipping
We do not offer free shipping internationally and we are not responsible for any issues in customs or shipping that may involve return of the product and loss of shipping costs.
