Frequently asked questions
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We ship via USPS. Once shipped, it normally takes about 3-7 business days for orders to reach its destination. Please allow up to 14 business days during the busy holiday season.
***There may be delivery delays due to various reasons such as: busy holiday season and harsh weather conditions.***
If there is no delivery within these time frames, please message me!
What should I do if I inputted a wrong/old shipping address?
Please message me via Etsy ASAP! Orders are often shipped out the following business day after the order is placed.
Shipping Type:
1. "Standard shipping"
No tracking services. Once orders are shipped, I am unfortunately unable to track or retrieve the order.
However, if orders have NOT been shipped yet, please do contact me ASAP! I will make the corrections and ship out to the right location (:

I can track your order. If it is not out for delivery yet, I may be able to redirect the package to the new address. *Redirecting a package has a fee of $15 and up.*

Why don't I have a tracking number?
There is no tracking for Standard Shipping.
Flat items (cards & stickers) are mailed via standard shipping using an envelope and stamps. However, tracking is available if you opt for a shipping upgrade at checkout.
All other shipping options include tracking:
-First Class Mail
-Priority Mail
-Priority Mail Express
Orders with non-flat items include a tracking number regardless of shipping option.
