Long story short, I like to hyper-fixate and try new mediums.

I initially started selling my art online in 2016 when I started "Danielle Skillings Art" while I was going to college full-time. Long story short, I didn't have enough time to create more art while going to school at the time, so I shut it down,

Flash forward to summer of 2020. The entire country is quarantined, my husband is temporarily laid off of work, and we had to pay our bills somehow. So, I started promoting myself more. Eventually I got a bunch of inquiries on where to find my art and then danidarkocrafts.com was born and I was taking commissions (and still am)!

A few months later, I'm watching "It's Alway Sunny in Philadelphia" and I suddenly get inspired. DanielleSkillingsArt on Etsy gets rebranded to DaniDarkoCrafts, and my first Sunny series launched September 2020! This eventually led to a 32-print spooky series, the Office, and so much more!

As an artist with ADHD, I also tend to switch mediums a lot, which means my Etsy shop will consist of more than just digital prints! Other mediums I like to work in are: acrylics, oil paint, watercolor, embroidery, stickers, decals, cross-stitch, etc.
