☽ What happens when you purchase the jewelry?
1. The jewelry gets examined for any impurities or imperfections to make sure that you receive the most perfect product
2. The jewelry is put on a hand-painted jewelry card and placed in a little plastic bag
3. I include a “Thank You” note with a discount on your next purchase
4. I carefully put the jewelry and a card either in a pink bubble envelope or a box, depending on the size of your order
5. I put “Fragile” on the envelope and send it out to you!

Here is a brief outline of using PayPal to pay for a purchase on Etsy:
1) The buyer selects PayPal as the payment method during Checkout. The buyer is then directed to PayPal to complete the payment process.
2) After submitting payment through PayPal, the buyer is directed back to a confirmation page on Etsy. Etsy and PayPal will send the buyer an email receipt.
3) Depending on which method of accepting PayPal the seller uses, the funds will either be deposited in their Shop Payment Account or their own PayPal account.

Shipping
☽ It usually takes about a few days for the item to arrive within the EU, however, it can take up to 2-3 weeks for the order to arrive in the USA.
Please note that occasionally delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, holidays, etc.
☽ For express shipping and tracking number, please contact me prior to ordering, for a price quote and processing times. Normally, I cannot provide the buyer with the tracking code, since it significantly rises the shipping price, which can often be more expensive than the item you're purchasing.
☽ Please note that all taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with international shipping are your responsibility.
☽ Any packages returned due to wrong addresses will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.

Custom and personalized orders
If you would like to have a custom order, then do not hesitate to message us! Please keep in mind that it might take a bit longer for your order to be made and shipped.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All the orders are beautifully wrapped by default, however, I will try to make it even fancier if you chose the "gift wrapping" option. :)
Wholesale availability
Wholesale is available, message me if you would like to put a large order! Additional shipping costs will apply since wholesale orders are shipped in bigger boxes and must have a tracking number.
Care instructions
Please make sure to avoid water, lotion, or perfume from coming in contact with the items that you purchase from us since liquids can significantly decrease the quality and color of both the metal and the polymer clay.
Though the clay is strong, please avoid bending the earrings since bending can damage them.
