They are very light yet eye-catching. They remind me of an Ogham stone. The seller was very quick to respond to my queries. Shipping was very quick in spite of holidays. I will continue to follow this shop.

Gift wrapping and gift notes
I no longer offer gift wrapping.
If the buyer elects to mark a purchase as a gift, the buyer should understand a gift message is an option offered by Etsy. The buyer's message from will be generated on an Etsy receipt, which is printed on standard white printer paper, in black and white, and cut to fit into my packaging. Because the item is marked as a gift there will not be any prices on the receipt.
Custom and personalized orders

Do I hold orders?
I do not hold orders. Once an order is placed it will be processed and sent within the timeframe stated in the listing.
Care instructions
Written care instructions are included with each order.
Your handcrafted jewelry is very delicate, please wear it with care.
It is not recommended you wear your jewelry during any activity which could cause damage.
Remove your jewelry prior to sleeping.
Your handcrafted jewelry piece should not be exposed to cosmetics, lotions, or perfumes.
Elastic stretch bracelets should be rolled on and off, not pulled or yanked on and off.
Jewelry made with gold or silver plated components, or sterling silver should be stored in a plastic bag to minimize tarnishing.
Your handcrafted jewelry is made with small pieces, and should be kept away from infants, young children, and anyone who the jewelry could be a danger to, to avoid accidental choking.

Bracelet and necklace lengths are listed in inches.
Check to make sure you are ordering the correct length or size bracelet or necklace when before you place your order.

How do I measure my wrist?
To accurately measure the diameter of your wrist, use a flexible tape measure.
Flexible tape measures are found in most all craft and fabric stores.
To measure: Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, making sure to place the tape measure below the bone that is on the side of your wrist.
Have someone help you if you have any difficulty measuring your wrist.
If you prefer to wear your bracelets snugly: add a half an inch to your wrist size
If you like to wear your bracelets loose: add one inch to your wrist size.
Do you sell charms or individual components of your jewelry?
No, all jewelry is sold as described in the listing. Individual parts or components of a piece are not sold separately.
I do not sell jewelry supplies, such as charms, beads, chain, findings, or gemstones.
I haven't received my package, can I get a refund?
If USPS has marked your package as delivered, but you haven’t received it, you should contact your local post office to find out the exact location package was delivered to. USPS has GPS on their scanners, so the post office is able to see the precise location the package was delivered to. If the package was delivered to the wrong address, they have to assist you in getting the package back.
In situations where a package was in fact delivered to your address, but you cannot find it, I am unable to refund. You should contact your local post office and police department and report the item as stolen. Mail theft is a federal crime and the appropriate authorities should be made aware, so they can track mail theft in your area.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
I have no control over delivery times. Please take USPS delivery times into account when making your purchase. USPS doesn’t guarantee delivery dates. I make and send your order as fast as possible, but I have no control over when USPS delivers packages. When USPS marks a package as delivered I am limited in the information I get from the post office. If there's a problem with delivery of your package, please contact your local post office directly for the most up to date information.
If your package is moving through the USPS system, but doesn't show movement for several days or more, another item will not be sent, nor a refund given, because the item is still in transit. Buyers should check with their post office for more information.
Returns
I gladly accept returns. Items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery, and must be in the box the item was sent in, in original condition, and undamaged. Items must be returned via a trackable method, such as USPS Ground Advantage. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs any damage to an item resulting in loss of value, and a restocking fee of $6.00. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total of the refund. Refunds are issued once items are received and take up to 10 business days to process.
The item I purchased is now on sale. Can I get the sale price?
Items that have already been purchased at regular price are not eligible for the sale price. If an item has been ordered, but not yet shipped, then the difference between the regular price and sale price can be returned to the customer upon request.
