⚫ Production and Shipping
Please note that production time and shipping time is completely different. Production time will take 5-10 business days ( not including holidays or weekends). Shipping time with USPS is usually around 3-5 days. Once the shipment is dropped off at the Post Office I have no control over the items.

⚫ Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items. Please be sure to measure your dog correctly when ordering. We cannot accept returns but depending on matter if it is a manufacture defect. Please reach out via email if you have any questions about your order to hello [!at] designsbywildside.com and include your order number.

If you need to exchange for another size please note we have a 30% restocking fee

Please note that your exchange will be treated as a return, once we have the product back to us we will process the return ( minus the restocking fee) the shipping label cost will be sent to you as an invoice so you can get a shipping label. Please place a new order for the item you are wanting, new orders will fall into the standard processing time as well.

For returns/exchanges- please reach out within 1 week after you have received your product. There is a 30% restocking fee, once we receive the product back we will refund you minus the shipping and the 30% restocking fee. The item must be in the same condition when received.

Sales/Discounts- we are not able to backdate sales to apply discount from a current sale to

⚫ The suggested ship-by date by Etsy is not the date the order is going out. This is because Etsy will schedule 20 orders on some days and 5 on others. We thank you for being understanding since I am a one-person shop! I am always trying my best to meet the "Ship by" date provided by Etsy.

⚫ I will always try my best to answer your messages. Most of the time the answers are in the description- you should get a response from me within 24 hours (excludes weekends ). If I am not responding that means I am focusing on getting orders out :) Thank you for being understanding.
