Custom and personalised orders
I am always open to custom orders! See something you like but you want different plants or a different style? No problem! Just send me a message and I'll get back to you in a couple of hours. If you are local to the East Yorkshire area, I also will be able to deliver any pre-made terrariums.
Sizing details
Not sure what sized kit you'll need for a jar? We usually recomend our small kit for up to a 2L jar, medium up to 4L, large up to 6L and XL 6L+. Don't hesitate to send us a message to double check! We will get back to you in a couple of hours max.
Care instructions
All of our kits come with the appropriate PDF files to create and care for the terrarium you have chosen. If you are having problems with your terrarium, or aren't sure about a step on the PDF files - don't hesitate to send us a message. We reply quickly!
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer gift wrapping on all of our products - choose this option in the checkout.

Delivery Info
Please keep an eye on any orders containing live plants. Tracking info is given at dispatch, and you will receive email updates from the courier. If you change and extend your delivery date for any reason once dispatched, DIY Terrariums holds no responsibility for the condition of the plants once received.
Please open any parcel received within 24 hours, and report damage within those 24 hours. Please note, if you have ordered succulents/cactus and heavily watered them after arrival, I am no longer responsible for the condition of those plants.
Damages to Glass
Please note, any damage to the glass must be reported BEFORE planting. A photo of the damaged glass, and the outer box it arrive in MUST be shown to receive any kind of compensation. If you add ingredients/plants to the glass you are automatically voiding any right to compensation. Damages must be reported within 14 days.
