A treasure hunter at heart.

Doodad Hunter, I am a doodad hunter. The photos above are a few of my most recent hunted treasures AND my series of imperfectly perfect painted frames that I make.
I love auctions and estate sales, treasure hunting at pop up shops and antique stores. My guilty pleasure is jewelry, beading, old china, pottery, sewing notions and machines (I have my husband's great grandma's treadle sewing machine in my living room).
As a lover of history I like to research the history of every piece that I acquire. My hope is to give you a little bit of history with every piece you purchase.
