Frequently asked questions
How durable are your stickers? Are they dishwasher and weather resistant?
Most of my stickers are handmade, but some are professionally printed. My manufacturers (StickerApp and Vograce) claim their stickers are water, weather, and fade resistant for ~2 years. You should be able to figure out from the item description whether you have a home or factory-made sticker. You can also message me!
My handmade stickers can't take quite as much buse, but I've tested them in the dishwasher and it took about 100 cycles for one to finally fall off a mug. Being on a car is hard on them and I do not recommend the car wash. LOL
Matte stickers are a little more susceptible to scratches and dings, and shiny ones are tougher.
What's the difference between matte and glossy prints?
Matte photos have richer, brighter colors and a velvety texture. Glossy prints have a smooth, shiny texture, like a photo print you'd put in an album, and more muted colors.
Are you taking commissions/will you make custom items?
Sometimes I can do a small change, ex. if you catch me when I'm going to be printing stickers anyway, I might be able to make color/size/finish changes for you. Message me and we'll see. I currently do NOT have time to do new designs from the ground-up, sorry!
Why is the shipping... this?
I promise am trying to give you the best shipping prices I can! I know paying for shipping is a bummer, boo and hiss, we do NOT love to see it. In short, small sellers get the short end of the stick when it comes to shipping.
I do ship all prints in rigid mailers by default, which puts them at the package rate, but I can ship miniprints at letter-rate; message me to arrange it. (Unfortunately I am only able to do this for US customers.)
I also offer free shipping on $50+ orders (US only).
International customers: I'm using PirateShip to get better rates than I'd be able to otherwise but I know it's still spendy. So sorry it's like this, I'm doing my best :')
There's a watermark/signature on your print image, will that be on my print?
Nope! That's just there to help discourage ne'er-do-wells from stealing my work for profit. I do put a faint printed watermark or a logo sticker on the back side of each print*, so if you're ever like "wait who made this one again???" you can find me. :)

The blanket answer is Probably. Unless you got it out of my clearance section, I'm probably going to make more. Some merch is seasonal.

Please message me with a photo of what you received! Usually I'm able to just send along a free replacement, and failing that, a refund. If I sent you the wrong thing, that's on me, so no worries about sending back whatever my silly little ADHD brain replaced it with.

If it's within the return window, you can return or exchange it (I may not always have another of the same charm on hand, though). If it's outside the return window, but you bought it less than a year ago, message me with a pic, tell me where it's been, and I will send you a coupon code. It's valuable for me to know what my products can and can't stand up to.
Do you use AI to make your art?
Nope! My art is 100% human-made; i use tools and resources made by artists for other artists, not by greedy tech bros for other greedy tech bros. :)
