How much does it cost to ship your items?
Shipping is free within the United States. For our customers outside the US, shipping costs are based on weight and size and will be calculated at checkout for you.
Are all of your specimens natural?
Everything we sell is 100% natural. Some of the pieces are trimmed to remove excess unwanted matrix rock, and we personally hand cut our cabochons. Besides that, everything is exactly like mother nature made it. She does a good enough job making gorgeous specimens, so we don't feel the need to sell items made by a person in a lab!
Wholesale availability
We do sell wholesale as well. Please contact us for price and availability if you are interested.
Custom and personalized orders
We offer custom jewelry made using cabochons that we cut personally by hand. Please contact us for more information on how to request a custom piece be made for you!
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do our very best to pack every item in such a way that it arrives to you undamaged. However, unforeseen issues can arise (typically due to mishandling by the carrier). Should that happen, please contact us so we can rectify the issue. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is a happy customer!
