Custom and personalized orders
Can I request colors and/or different fonts for personalized baby blocks or ornaments?
Yes, we are happy to try and accommodate your color and font requests. Just leave us a note at the time of order in the notes to seller section or contact us prior to ordering.
Can I have a black and white or sepia photo instead of a color photo on my ornament or baby block?
Yes, just leave photo color options in the notes to seller section during checkout or leave us a note in the personalization area of your order.
Can I receive a proof prior to production of an ornament or baby block?
Yes, please let us know if you need a proof and we will contact you via etsy messages with a proof prior to production.
Sizing details
How big are the baby blocks and ornaments?
The blocks and ornaments are 2 inches by 2 inches.
How big are the wood signs?
The sizing of the signs vary and can be found in the product description.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge and gift wrap paper is either Christmas themed (for gifts shipped during December) or gender neutral like greens or whites.
Care instructions
How do I care for my ornament or wood baby block?
These blocks are sealed but should not be submerged in water. Simply wipe with a damp cloth if dusty, etc.
How do I care for my wood signs?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth but do not submerge in water. When removing the wood sign from a door or wall, be sure to pull directly in the direction of the pull tab close to the wall. Do not pull this tab out toward you but directly down to avoid the strip from damaging the wall from improper removal.
There was an error on my ornament or baby block. What do I do?
If there is an error in the text on your baby block or ornament and it is an error on our part, we will replace your order at no cost and pay return shipping.
If there is an error in the text but the text was followed from the buyer's order, then it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the replacement and shipping and buyer would need to place an entirely new order with the correct personalization details.
